To ensure that your stay goes smoothly, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our house rules and conditions before making your reservation.

• Respect for neighbors: Our apartments are located in family buildings. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors and avoid excessive noise, especially at night, both inside the apartments and in the common areas or outside on the public street. I strongly emphasize that any disturbance or noise will result in immediate expulsion from the accommodation, without the possibility of a refund.
• Prohibition of parties: For the comfort and tranquility of all, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in our apartments.
• Apartment return: We ask you to respect the premises and return them in the same condition as when you arrived.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
• Apartment capacity: The maximum capacity of each apartment must be respected. We reserve the right to refuse access to any additional persons.
• Smoking: Smoking cigarettes or shisha is also prohibited inside the apartment.
• Deposit: We require a security deposit for each rental. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage has been observed in the apartment.
• Check-in and check-out: The check-in and check-out times must be respected.
• At the time of departure, the apartment must be vacated before 11 am.
